Dr.
Bethany Groves
Dr. Groves received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Washington State University and went on to graduate from Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She completed externships at the Bronx Zoo and Disney's Animal Kingdom during her final year of veterinary school, while pursuing her special interest in exotic animal medicine. Dr. Groves has spent the past three years practicing in a 5-doctor small animal clinic just outside of Portland, Oregon and has provided weekly veterinary care to injured wildlife at the Portland Audubon Society's Wildlife Care Center for the past two years. Dr. Groves was excited to return to her husband's hometown of Redmond, Washington and join the Redmond-Kirkland & Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospitals. In addition to exotic pet and wildlife medicine, her special interests include management of dog and cat chronic diseases, dentistry, and anesthesia. She and her husband, an avid college football fan, are owned by two sock-stealing ferrets, a cat with an attitude, and a bearded dragon. |
